Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Kraze.Crochet, I want you to love your handmade items. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review the guidelines below:
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
- A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for each returned item. This covers materials, handling, and inspection.
Exchanges
- I do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for your desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include (but are not limited to):
- Custom orders
- Limited edition or special collection items
- Seasonal or holiday collections
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos. In these cases, I will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This does not apply to final sale or custom items.
