• All items are handmade. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
• Custom or large orders may require additional time. Processing times will be clearly stated in the product description.

Incorrect Addresses
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. I cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
